The front units are wired in such a way that whenever you switch the ignition on, so is the Parksafe Control unit. The visual display unit shows bars coming together as you get closer to the obstacle. At any time the front sensor unit can be de-activated by an on/off switch mounted on the dashboard of the vehicle.
